The Naperville Sister Cities Foundation presents the 5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival at Central Park in downtown Naperville on Friday, September 13, 2025. This free community celebration honors Mexican Independence Day and celebrates the diverse Hispanic culture that enriches the Naperville community.
The festival program runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:00 PM for early arrivals. Live Spanish-genre music features performances by the Naperville Municipal Band and the authentic Mariachi Los Gavilanes De Chicago. Traditional Folklorico dancers showcase beautiful Mexican folk dances that tell stories of heritage and celebration.
Food enthusiasts will enjoy authentic offerings from popular vendors including Taco Dale and Tamales y Antojitos, bringing traditional Hispanic flavors to the festival. Family art activities hosted by Pinot's Palette provide hands-on cultural experiences for children and adults.
