Kick off the new year by exploring new opportunities at the KidsMatter Naperville Park District Community Job Fair, happening Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fort Hill Activity Center, located at 20 Fort Hill Drive in Naperville.

Presented by KidsMatter, in partnership with the Naperville Park District, this annual job fair welcomes job seekers of all ages and experience levels. Dozens of companies and organizations will be on-site, all looking to connect with candidates interested in a wide range of career paths.

Attendees will have the chance to:

• Learn about career opportunities across many industries

• Participate in mock interviews

• Get help refining resumes

• Explore financial literacy resources

• Talk one-on-one with employers and community partners

New this year, the Community Job Fair will feature panel discussions throughout the morning, with industry experts representing Career Clusters recognized in Illinois. These sessions offer valuable insight into different fields and career pathways.
